**About the Role**

You will be working in an exciting, busy, and varied role and be part of our success by;
- Setting up and operating of the packing machine and equipment
- Ensuring the packing machine operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Stocks of raw materials and finished goods are sufficient to meet customer demands
- All records, plans, KPI’s under your control are up to date and accurate
- Ensuring proper maintenance and regular servicing of the machine and equipment for optimal performance.
- Communicating with the supervisor regarding any concerns or problems related to machinery or production.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Experience operating machinery and equipment
- Experience with routine, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Good level of mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues
- Personal accountability to be at your best
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Passionate about Health and Safety & Food Safety
- High Ambition, Integrity and learning ability
- Flexibility to work rotating shift roster.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Rotating Shift.

Wage Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 p/h depending on experience and skills.
