As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our patients.

**Skills and Experience**:

- _Customer Service_: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- _Optical Experience_: Optics experience and a dispensing qualification will highly desired though not essential as full Optics training will be provided
- _Enthusiasm_: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression
