**About this role**

The primary function of the Advisor - Tauira Recruitment is to promote, support and contribute to takiwā annual recruitment targets.

**Location**: Whanganui
**Hours**: 18.75 per week
**Days**: Monday - Sunday

As an Advisor - Tauira Recruitment, you will:

- Present and promote TWoA programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans, projects and campaigns
- Host programmes, activities and events
- Provide support for home based learning and takiwā based delivery
- Work with Tauira Registry and Educational Delivery to convert expressions of interest to enrolments

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Diploma in business or marketing related field
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, recruitment or education related role
- Understands and uses basic te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification)
- A full clean Driver's Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
