Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to be the face of our Customer and Services recruitment in Palmerston North where you will have the opportunity to bring a fresh lens to this mahi.As a Senior TA Advisor, you will work with a dedicated TA team to partner with our busy Customer and Services team which includes our Contact Centre, focusing on their current and future business needs. You will develop a clear understanding of the resourcing and talent needs across the portfolio to ensure the identification and matching of talent to opportunities within Waka Kotahi. You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure high quality tailored recruitment advice across the full spectrum of talent acquisition life cycle.If you have, experience in targeted sourcing, creating talent pipelines and creating tailored attraction campaigns - we want to hear from youKo koe tēnei | About you To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to coach hiring managers
- Experience in partnering with business leaders to delivery talent acquisition solutions to support business strategies now and into the future
- Experience with research, screening and competency / behavioural interviewing
- Understanding of employment legislation, HR processes and procedures as they relate to recruitment, selection, sourcing and onboarding
- Ability to produce and interpret analytics and insights for management information
- Ideally, you'll have some experience with volume recruitment and/or assessment centres but this is not essential.
