**What are we looking for? Tā mātou e kimi nei?**

We'd like to hear from you if you:

- Have had had a successful background as a support person in commercial property finance, preferably in a banking environment
- Are able to assess complex risks and find mutually acceptable solutions
- Can confidently write complex property finance credit risk papers
- Have a strong understanding of commercial property finance and its place in the community
- Love a good challenge and have the ability to work with a team in a competitive environment
- Are excellent at building strong meaningful business relationships at all levels
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of key credit policies, processes and procedures
- Have a practical understanding and working knowledge of various legislative requirements that impact on commercial property finance, for example, Companies Act, Credit Contracts Act, Personal Properties Securities Act, Property Law Act, etc
