**Position**: Full-time Maintenance Worker

**Salary**: $23.15 - $29.66 per hour

**Requirements**:

- 6 months of work experience in a related field
- Full driving license

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean construction sites for the erection or repair of structures and buildings.
- Perform roof maintenance.
- Assist in setting up job sites and preparing layouts.
- Operate and care for construction tools, equipment, and machines.
- Assist skilled tradesmen as needed.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment; perform heavy lifting as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Use equipment, machinery, and tools responsibly and safely.
- Maintain a clean work area; ensure tools and machines are cleaned and maintained daily after use.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required by the employer.
