**Position Title**: General Maintenance Worker

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Location of Work**: Auckland region

**Hours of Work**: Minimum 32 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular and precise lawn mowing
- Comprehensive garden maintenance
- Trimming hedges to keep them neat and healthy
- Weed whacking to control growth in garden and lawn areas
- Tree trimming for healthy growth and aesthetic balance
- Inspection tidy-ups and house sale tidying
- Green waste removal
- Maintenance of garden and lawn care equipment

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work with garden tools and equipment, and perform physical work.
- Knowledge about garden maintenance,or lawn mowing would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform work tasks
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintain high standards.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery.
