Absolute Value New Zealand is a fast-paced commercial property valuation company known for delivering accurate, sophisticated, and high-quality valuation reports.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to support our valuation team administratively.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in documentation/reporting, and excellent communication abilities.

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – This role involves client interaction and contributing to valuation reports
  • Experience in team coordination, documentation, or reporting – Ideally from a real estate, finance, or professional services background
  • Goal Oriented & Driven - Is motivated to achieve company objectives and growth strategies
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills – Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A detail-oriented approach – Accuracy in preparing reports and managing databases
  • Problem-solving abilities – A proactive mindset to streamline processes and support business operations
  • Tech-savviness – Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications. Experience with Xero and Adobe is a plus but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and valuation support – Assist in preparing valuation reports, sourcing information, and maintaining documentation
  • Database management – Organise and manage property data, reports, and client records
  • Client engagement and communication – Liaise with clients, coordinate appointments, and contribute to a seamless client experience

Preferred Background

  • Experience in property management, real estate, finance, or professional services is an advantage
  • A strong sense of leadership, initiative, and integrity – Someone who can take ownership of tasks and help maximise our team's potential
  • A positive and professional attitude – We value a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
