In order to achieve this goal, you will need to develop and inspire a team of commercially astute individuals, committed to continuous improvement. You will drive business enhancement through the implementation of quality systems and processes, ensuring that daily operations deliver efficiency and that compliance is achieved. Because you are a natural leader, you will feel confident building and maintaining strategic relationships across the business and will happily manage all stakeholder communication.

With a background in Insurance Claims (ideally Fire and General), as well as Commercial insurance claims. Most importantly, you have the ability to work within a fast paced team and support others around you.
