We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven **Sales Support Analyst** to join our National Business Development team.

**About the role**:
This role is central to supporting our Business Development Managers with the insights, reporting, and tools they need to win and grow business. You’ll work across sales data, customer performance, and operational trends to provide accurate analysis that drives informed decisions. Alongside reporting, you’ll also play a hands-on role in preparing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring the team is set up for success.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse and report on sales performance, opportunities, and trends
- Support proposal development and tender submissions with accurate data
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with managers to prepare insights that shape customer strategies
- Provide administrative and project support across the Business Development team

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and savvy with reporting tools
- Solid experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Power BI, SSRS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on team success
