We’re currently seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. **About the role**:
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Being the first point of contact with our front-line staff - including communications around unforeseen absences & general work-related queries
- Scheduling staff rosters, both for future requirements & at short notice, to meet client requirements.
- Motivating, engaging and developing our Red Security front line teams, ensuring standard processes are being followed by all staff members.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
**About you**:
Key to your success in this role is your prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the operations sector. You’ll have a proven track record of implementing and driving operational best practices, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. You’ll have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a solution-focused mindset and a passion for fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the workplace.
