Specific tasks
and duties
**Quality Assurance - Under Supervision**:
- All electrical installs are completed according to relevant national, local, and
- industry standards and guidelines- Relevant industry training programmes are attended
- Installation of technical aspects of Smart Homes installs where trade
- certification is required is oversighted by Electrician
**Customer Service**:
- Customers are dealt with in a professional manner at all times.
- Customers are informed of any changes to quotes, install details or change
of scheduled times.
**Health and Safety**:
- Current legislation is monitored, and all accidents incidents and near misses
recorded. Reported, and investigated. Ongoing hazard management and
control.
- Ongoing improvement of ST Health and Safety procedures
- Accurate and up to date Health and Safety documentation is kept for each
install
- Stock Management and Warehousing
- Maintaining stock levels of all supplies and consumables.
- Forecasting upcoming stock quantities required and placing stock orders
with Technical manager

Person

- Experience will be preferred but training will be provided for the correct
- Willing to upskill to install the complete Sustainable Homes products
- Confident in a customer facing role
- Able to get down and dirty crawling under houses and in attics when needed
- Enthusiastic about making Wellington the world’s most sustainable city
- Excellent at communicating,
- Ability to work in a team
- Organised with good time management
- Hold a full driving license valid in New Zealand
- New Zealand residency or valid work visa
Location The role is based in Wellington, at the central head office and at properties
throughout the region.
