We are expanding our Corporate After-Hours team and we think you should know all about it This team supports Stage & Screen, FCM and Corporate Traveller customers.

The earliest shift starts 5am, latest finishes at 12am with every 2nd weekend off.

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Working autonomously to support our customers in a high-pressure environment
- Resolving customer issues, queries, and problems in a timely, efficient, and positive manner
- Interpreting and calculating fares, change fees and additional collections
- Identifying and analysing problems and proactively come up with solutions
- Building rapport with clients and business stakeholder

**About you. mo koe**
- Previous Corporate After Hours Experience would be a huge bonus
- Must have Corporate or Retail travel booking experience
- Display high knowledge and experience levels in fares, ticketing, and Sabre (Amadeus and Galileo a bonus)
- Incredible attention to detail and can remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours on a rotating roster
