**The Role**

As Executive Housekeeper, you will manage and positively lead the housekeeping and property management team which consists of the laundry, public area, and accommodation teams including the management and private cleans for owner properties. The main objectives are to ensure we deliver a five-star cleaning experience to our guests whilst nurturing talent within the business, evaluating levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Success Profile**
- Minimum of three years experience within leadership
- Demonstrated the ability to build high performance, operation teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and willing to be hands-on
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to strategize for the future, whilst remaining agile and flexible with current events
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
- Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full time permanent (40 hours per week guaranteed)

Pay Banding: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
