Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager/Halal Auditor Trainee to join our team at Halal Conformity Services in New Lynn, Auckland. We are a Halal Certification organisation. As the Office Manager and Halal Auditor Trainee some of the tasks you will be responsible for are managing various administrative tasks and supervising administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the office, managing relationships with vendors and service providers, assist in budget management, conduct audits of food processing facilities, restaurants and other businesses to verify compliance, examine records and documentation related to the production and handling of halal products.

Skills and experience:

- 2 years’ experience in any professional position with at least some administrative tasks. (required)
- Formal training of any duration in Auditing Halal Food Standards (required)
- Some exposure to Halal Food Standards
- Written/spoken Arabic language skills in basic preferred
- Written/spoken Malay/Indonesian language skills required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.66 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
