This is a
district wide role designed to plan, lead, deliver and support all aspects of
the Nelson Marlborough Health Pathways programme as it continues to be enhanced
and embedded across Te Tau Ihu. Excellent working relationships will be required to ensure alignment
with goals and priorities of the Nelson Marlborough health system. The role
will work closely with primary, community and secondary care clinicians, DHB
managers, and Marlborough and Nelson PHOs.

We are
looking for an experienced project manager/change facilitator, with health
sector experience, who has the ability to play a key role in a high performing
team and develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all
levels. You will have plenty of enthusiasm with a proactive attitude, a focus
on achieving outcomes and strategic acumen.
You are required to provide proof that you have completed your primary course of NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations.
