We are now looking for a full time and experienced **City Manager **to join our company to be an important contributor in Food Delivery Industry.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for the delivery, marketing, publicity, platform operation, and personnel management of the entire city, and is accountable for metrics such as order volume, revenue growth, and delivery quality.
- The city manager's income is related to the city's profit and expenditure, and their performance assessment determines their eligibility for the position, rewards, and penalties.
- Dive into the local market, actively develop local merchants, standardize their operations, and maintain cooperative relationships.
- Recruit delivery teams and continuously improve delivery quality while reducing delivery costs.
- Responsible for the talent development of the city team and cultivating outstanding talents.
- Performing other duties as required by the company from time to time.

**About yourself**
- At least 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
- Possess excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong execution, responsibility, and initiative; honest and reliable.
- Good at summarizing and discovering problems, with strong logical thinking skills and learning ability.
- Adapt to the rapid development of the internet industry, energetic, and capable of completing tasks under high pressure.
- Internet mindset and sensitivity to data. Local merchant connections are preferred.
- Passionate and innovative, pursuing a win-win situation for personal career

development and company benefits, and valuing career advancement opportunities and a quality work environment.
- Be able to speak Mandarin

岗位职责：
- 负责整个城市的配送、市场、宣传、平台运营及人员管理，为城市的单量、收益增长、配送质量等指标负责。
- 城市合伙人的收益与城市的盈利和支出相关，绩效考核决定合伙人的任职资格、奖励与汰。
- 深入本地市场，积极开拓本地商户、规范商户运营、维护合作关系。
- 招募配送团队，持续提高配送质量、降低配送成本。
- 为城市团队的人才发展负责，培养出优秀人才。

任职要求：
- 有至少5年以上的销售经验且有至少2年以上的销售管理经验。
- 具备优秀的谈判能力、沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
- 执行力强，有责任心，有要性；为人正直，诚实可靠。
- 善于总结和发现问题，有较强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力。
- 适应互联网行业的快速发展，精力充沛，具备在较强压力下出色完成任务的能力。
- 互联网思维、对数据敏感。有本地商户人脉资源者优先。
- 富有激情和创新理念，追求个人职业发展和公司利益的双赢，注重职业上升机遇和优质工作氛围。

**Salary**: From $78,000.00 per year
