**What will you do?**

We are looking for a full time Sales Advisor** **to join the well-established Jane Mander Retirement Village. Working Monday to Friday, with some weekends in addition, as needed to show people through the village, host open days and support our community sponsorships.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Offering wonderful retirement living options for purchase (license to occupy) for independent and serviced apartments
- Communicating with prospective residents the benefits of choosing Ryman Healthcare, New Zealand's leader in the Retirement industry
- Building relationships and turning leads into completed sales
- Supporting the local community through sponsorships and facilitating events
- Arranging and coordinating functions and events to show case your fabulous village
- Managing the surrender process with kindness
- Actioning the refurbishment process in a timely manner with attention to detail

- You enjoy closing a sale without being forceful
- You are self-motivated, result-oriented, and ambitious with a desire to delight
- You will enjoy building relationships and have strong community networks
- You embrace new technology and are able to use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
- You will have previous sales experience
- You have a good understanding of older people and their ever-changing needs
- You are a confident communicator with good public speaking skills
