**BOOKING ADMINISTRATOR MATERNITY & PAEDIATRICS ADMINISTRATOR -FIXED TERM***: Administration Services**

We are looking for an energetic and experienced administrator

In this role you will provide efficient co-ordination and administration of Maternity and Paediatric booking lists to meet organisational and Elective Service requirements.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

- High level communication skills with the ability to talk to a wide and diverse range of people;
- Strong organisation skills, and a high level of accuracy;
- Previous booking experience and knowledge of webPAS would be an advantage.

This is a fixed term part time position. You will be working 44 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, actual hours and days worked to be agreed upon

The reason for the fixed term is to provide cover for Parental Leave of up to 12 months
