This position is for a Faculty Online Academic Assistant working with the Legal Studies and Immigration Teams in the Faculty of Business, Design and Service Industries. The role will be based at our Windermere campus in Tauranga but can also be undertaken off campus so working from home is an option. The role is both stimulating and multi-dimensional and the successful applicant will provide administrative, technical and academic support to our online programmes.

Reporting to the Academic Leader, the key responsibilities for this position include:

- Providing exceptional technical support to Academic Staff in our online programmes, specifically Moodle
- Developing and maintaining online course resources
- Creating and maintaining administration records for resulting and other recording requirements

Key to your success in this role is:

- Not being afraid of technology
- A full and thorough working knowledge of the online learning platform Moodle
- The ability to speedily and thoroughly develop and maintain resources within the online environment
- Experience within the Tertiary Sector
- Importantly you will be able to demonstrate strong alignment and commitment to our Te Pūkenga Toi Ohomai Values.
