**About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi**

Main duties will involve:

- Verifying assessments and providing feedback to applicants.
- Arranging assessment panels.
- Participating in seminars and presentations to explain the assessment framework.
- Providing administration support for the Competency Assessment Board.

**Ngā tino Pūkenga/Whēako - Desired skills and experience**:

- Confidence to address difficult queries while staying composed and diffusing challenging situations.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent presentation, relationship management and influencing skills.
- Experienced in analysing complex issues and providing concise, balanced advice.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant area, or proven equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of engineering and technology and/or previous experience working in a similar environment, is advantageous.
