Graduate Electrical Engineer

**About the Role**

The Graduate Engineer - Electrical will develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.

Having recently completed your qualification, you will put your theory into practice across multiple divisions of business, gaining a holistic view of the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work with some of New Zealand’s leading brands, whilst gaining exposure to a local manufacturing environment.

This is an entry level, structured, 2-year Graduate Development programme, based at our Kawerau site. We are looking for new Grads with an analytical mind and a passion for furthering their learning.

**What you will Do**:

- Develop and improve technical mastery skills in different areas
- Work on Process Control and Total Productive Maintenance
- Support and shadow experienced Engineers in daily tasks
- Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables
- Monitor production processes and work methods
- Collect, compile and analyse production data to identify opportunities to improve processes

**To be considered for this role you will possess**:

- A degree in Engineering (Electrical) which you have recently completed
- New Zealand Permanent Residency
- A valid Drivers’ Licence
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A continuous improvement mindset, willing to further your learning
