Our Hansells manufacturing site is based in Masterton. **The positions available are**:
3 x Casual Production Operator

We normally operate a daytime shift (usually 7am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive during production hours) but casual hours could include evenings when additional shifts are operating.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in food or FMCG production or manufacturing.
- Experience operating machinery safely preferably mixing or similar.
- A reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.
- The ability to perform physical tasks as required for the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg with appropriate support or equipment.
- Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English, to ensure safe and accurate work.
- A focus on safety, with the ability to identify and report hazards.
- A team-first attitude — you collaborate well with others and are willing to help where needed.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, balancing efficiency with quality, safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
