At Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand, our key role is to ensure New Zealanders have accurate information about where people and places are, that people have confidence in their property rights and that Crown property is well managed for future generations.
From the best way to develop farmland, build a new suburb, manage a high-country farm or navigate on land or at sea, our work and location information help people make better decisions and create economic, social, environmental and cultural value for New Zealand.
The Property Rights team sits within our Customer Delivery group and is responsible for the New Zealand survey and title system. This system means New Zealanders know exactly what property they own. Our business group is based across three sites in New Zealand.
We are currently looking for Title Property Rights Analysts (PRAs) to be based out of our Hamilton Office.

A comprehensive training programme will be given to the successful applicants, and you will be fully supported throughout your learning experience.
The annual salary starts at $63,693 with a midpoint of $74,933.
