Our Pukekohe branch has an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will bring enthusiasm and desire to learn to the table every day on a team dedicated to world-class customer service and solutions. **What does the role look like?**

Working alongside our experienced sales consultants, you will:

- Keeping customers current on new products and services.
- Increasing parts and service sales.
- Implement yearly territory plan.
- Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What are we looking for?**
- 5+ years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Ability to travel with the territory and work flexible hours.
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required.
