Join our client as a Modern Workplace Consultant and reshape how New Zealand organisations empower their workforce, making them more effective for their clientele.

Based in Christchurch and boasting a loyal client base across the country our client provides unrivalled opportunities for driven professionals to be part of transformative projects. Working closely with broad ranging organisations, our client ensures that workplaces across New Zealand optimise their Microsoft 365 and Power Platform investments. In addition, they present an impeccable platform that streamlines service delivery in HR, Health & Safety, and many other enterprise functions. These are full time, permanent roles working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday and may require some national travel outside of those hours. The salary range is $80000 to $130000 depending on relevant skills and experience. There are 2 positions available.
**What you will do**:
As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you will deliver Microsoft 365 solutions via the Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Your days involve leading the analysis and planning stages for client projects. Client workshops will be run by you. You will evaluate and select tools, architectures, workflows, forms, and structures that meet business requirements. You will estimate project effort and timeframes, and provide end to end documentation from proposals to handover documents.
**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
- Proven track record in consultancy environments. This is essential.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 usage and configuration.
- Adeptness in configuring SharePoint online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- A knack for requirements analysis and designing solutions.
- Exceptional client support, account and project management capabilities.
- A high degree of professionalism coupled with impeccable communication skills.
- Time management, accountability, and a desire to succeed.
- The ability to travel to client sites around New Zealand as required.
