We are looking for a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Bowel Screening team at LabPlus, Auckland City Hospital. This role is based primarily in the Bowel Screening Team but there may also be a requirement to work in other sections of the department. Primary tasks for this role will include pre-analytical unpacking and sorting, registration of samples, analysis and the extraction of samples.

The position involves working rostered shifts, generally day shifts (starting at 0700 hrs) or afternoon shifts (starting at 1530 hrs), Monday-Friday and with Saturday day shifts on a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 basis.
