Site Traffic Manager Supervisor Wanted - Dunedin Based

Join our team as a STMS for civil road works

**Your new role**

As an STMS you'll be responsible for monitoring traffic conditions, coordinating responses to incidents, and ensuring the safety of road users. You'll work in a dynamic environment managing traffic flow and minimise disruptions. Implement traffic management plans to optimise flow during roadworks. Provide real-time updates to drivers through variable message signs and other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of incidents, responses, and traffic data.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- As an STMS, you will ensure the accurate following of temporary traffic management plans and oversee set up and pack down of road closures and diversions.
- You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew, whilst providing clear job details and expectations for TMO’s.
- Willing and able to train and upskill our Traffic Controllers and junior STMS’
- A valid STMS warrant (be it A/B or Level 1/2)
- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Show commitment to safe work practices
