Are you a highly organised, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a full-time, in-house Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.
This is a senior role, ideal for someone who's more than just a calendar whizz – we need someone who can think ahead, take initiative, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:- Providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the leadership team
- Managing schedules, meetings, documentation, and communication with precision
- Supporting leadership by taking ownership of tasks and freeing them up to focus on bigger-picture initiatives
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects – from concept to execution
- Managing and coordinating marketing efforts, including campaign planning and social media and other online content
- Using your creative flair to develop ideas, projects, and campaigns that support internal and external communications
- At least 5 years' experience in a relevant or transferable role
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Natural confidence with computer systems and programs – you're quick to pick things up
- A creative thinker who can problem-solve on the fly
- Someone who shows initiative and adapts easily to different tasks or departments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- A background or interest in marketing or content creation
- Experience with HR processes or systems
