- Create and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to ensure accurate mapping of source system data to target structures.
- Identify and resolve performance issues in ETL processes to ensure optimal data integration performance.
- Implement best practices for optimization and tuning of Informatica mappings and workflows.
- Implement data validation and cleansing routines to ensure the integrity and quality of the data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data quality standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and data integration solutions.
- Ensure that all development activities are well-documented for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, and data integration best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
