AROA create innovative regenerative healing products that are improving the lives of millions of people around the world. We specialise in developing, manufacturing and exporting new and exciting medical devices, including soft tissue regeneration products. Our products are based on our patented extracellular matrix (ECM) platform technology, which in true kiwi style comes from pasture-raised NZ sheep.
We’re a roll your sleeves up business that operates with agility, pace and that entrepreneurial spirit that kiwis are known for. In our business gain real world project experience using cutting edge technology.
**About the internship**:
Our unique internship opportunity offers students the opportunity to be immersed in product development within the medical device industry. The internship runs from **November 2025 through to February 2026**and you’ll be working alongside a great team of people on a wide range of projects and challenges.
If you’re 2nd, 3rd, 4th year student currently studying or specialising in the following areas we want to hear from you:
Electronics & Computer Science
Not only will you be working on ground-breaking innovative product development projects, but you can also expect to finish the summer with greater presentation, time management, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills to add to your CV. Along with a new set of friends and colleagues to add to your LinkedIn network
- An up-to-date CV that outlines your relevant skills and experiences, including any technical skills and systems/programs you have used. Be sure to include your personal and university projects, and what drives you
- A cover letter outlining your career ambition and how an internship with AROA will help you achieve this.An academic transcript to show that you're studying, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or qualification at NZQA level 7-10.
