Ai Integration Summer Internship 2025/2026

Position Impact: As part of the AI Integration team, you will play a vital role in accelerating ZURU's AI adoption by embedding directly within various business teams. Starting with Marketing and Brand Engagement teams and expanding to cross-functional areas, you will help identify AI opportunities, deliver upskilling workshops, and implement quick-win solutions. Your work will directly contribute to building an AI-fluent culture across ZURU, helping teams boost productivity and unlock innovative approaches to everyday challenges. This position is critical to scaling our AI integration framework and ensuring teams embrace AI tools as part of their daily workflows. You will also: - Be set up to win with a two-day induction to get you up to speed on everything ZURU - Learn how our people continue to shift the needle through regular learning sessions with key business leaders - Experience ZURU’s playful side by dabbling in content creation (#dayinthelife) and attending social events - And so much more Our summer internship programme will run from mid November 2025 - mid February 2026. If you’re excited by the opportunity to get stuck in to meaningful work and exciting projects and you have a mindset around continuous improvement and challenging the status quo then we want to hear from you *Please note that while we don’t have a formalised graduate programme, there may be opportunities to stay on post-internship depending on business needs.* **How you'll help us grow**: - Shadow team workflows to identify repetitive tasks and AI automation opportunities, participating actively in discovery workshops and assessments - Develop and deliver AI training materials, playbooks, and clinics to upskill team members to an intermediate level of AI fluency - Create custom AI assistants, prompt templates, and toolkits tailored to specific team needs and use cases - Implement quick-win AI solutions using no-code/low-code platforms to demonstrate immediate value and ROI - Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflows and identify high-impact AI integration opportunities - Track adoption metrics and document success stories to encourage wider AI tool usage - Support the testing and iteration of AI tools and solutions based on user feedback - Assist in building the "Basic Toolbox" of AI resources for different business functions **What You Bring To ZURU OR What Helps You Win Here**: - Recent graduate or graduating before internship start, preferably in computer science, data science, or related field - Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., n8n), workflow management tools (e.g., Airtable), and basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and eagerness to continuously learn in the rapidly evolving AI landscape **About ZURU** ZURU is on a mission to disrupt across industries, challenge the status quo and catalyst change through radical innovation and automation advances.
