**About The opportunity | Ko te āheinga**:
Join our dynamic Integrated Catchment Management team in a role that puts you at the heart of protecting and managing our region's precious natural resources. As Administrator Catchment Operations, you will provide crucial support to our operations team while contributing to environmental initiatives that make a real difference to our community.

This diverse role spans across several key areas of our environmental programs. You will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our Erosion Control Scheme and managing our annual poplar and willow pole sales program. Working closely with our Communications Team, you'll help maintain vital information resources for farmers and stakeholders through our website.

Your administrative expertise will be put to good use as you process financial transactions, coordinate team meetings, and provide support across various environmental projects. You are someone who combines skilled administration with a genuine passion for environmental conservation and community service. Your keen eye for detail doesn't just help you manage multiple priorities - it reflects your commitment to excellence in everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration/similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong financial acumen with experience in processing transactions and maintaining records
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Understanding of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- Valid driver's license
