**About the role**

At the heart of our awesome supermarkets are well thought through process, shared insight and above all else, a genuine focus on customer. As Fresh Retail Learning Design and Development Specialist you’ll play a key role in bringing this to life through the creation and management of training manuals and the delivery of supported process change across the membership.

As part of your day-to-day function, you’ll research, collate and turn information into standard operating procedures, developing learning material and training programs for Retail Operations.

You’ll, amongst other things:

- Create, update and optimise training and delivery mechanisms
- Assist the team to continuously review and adapt our supported processes to the needs of our customers and business change
- Support in-store training of new store openings
- Provide a first point of contact for all Fresh Retail Operations communications
- Deliver first class communications for our in-store teams

**About you**

With a passion for all aspects of writing, delivering information in a relatable, fit for purpose format, you’ll have had exposure or will have worked in a learning or communications environment previously.

Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail are critical and will enable you to actively engage, coach and influence stakeholders, challenging the status quo. Confident and curious, you’ll ask the right questions and guide projects to completion. You’ll be self-motivated, and a keen investigator, that takes the lead on developing new tools and shows real initiative as part of the operations team.

Technically savvy, you’ll have a solid knowledge of all Microsoft programs and will be comfortable picking up a range of other software such as Productivity and Storeline.

This is a unique role that could suit a communications specialist who is confident translating complex terminology into relatable content for a training/adult learning purpose.
