Crusader Meats NZ Ltd supply top quality lamb, mutton and goat meat to the discerning global market which continues to be the focus for the family-owned business.

Situated in Benneydale, Crusader Meats is in a prime position to source only the best from the loyal farmers based both locally and in surrounding North Island regions.

The role of Production and Sales - Meat and Pelts will be responsible for undertaking production planning, have oversight of the boning room and will be providing backup to the Boning Room Supervisor, along with planning trucking dispatch. You will also be assisting with marketing.

A key part of the role will be the oversight of all products in and out of the plant relating to the processing of product and arranging with shipping companies for the release of containers and organizing trucks.

Extensive knowledge and experience of processing and marketing is preferable along with a strong knowledge of Health & Safety.

This is a crucial role for Crusader Meats - an opportunity for the right person to grow and develop with a relevant background in the meat industry. Excellent remuneration will be offered for the right skills and experience.
