**The Role**

**Duties**:

- Checking timesheets for accuracy
- Processing payroll using our internal system, Finbuild
- Setting up new team members in the system
- IRD filing
- Managing and responding to payroll related queries
- Processing labour hire invoices

**About you**

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a payroll or accounts focussed position and will be willing to go through training and upskill as required.
- Experience using a payroll system
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
