**About The Role**
You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and be part of a dedicated team that delivers high quality administrative support to the wider company.
This role is varied, and you will be someone who loves helping people and building strong relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to general enquiries
- Office caretaking - ordering stationery and general day to day supplies. Ensuring the space is clean and tidy and enjoyable for the team to work in.
- Reconciling statements and processing invoices
- Credit card reconciliation
- Payroll support
- Fleet management administration
- Assisting HR with onboarding new team members including ordering uniform, setting up on systems, facilitating their first day induction
- Assisting Finance Manager and CFO when required
- Point of contact for queries from project site teams and the office team
**Skills and Experience**:
- 1-2 years in an administration role
- Experience in accounts administration would be beneficial
- Displaying the key traits of a strong administrator - eye for detail, high accuracy, and ability to work well under pressure
- Desire to be part of a cohesive team environment
- The ability to bring a positive and helpful attitude to work each day
