Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service
We are centrally located in the rohe of Te Kaokaoroa o Patatere - (South Waikato District). We have close working relationships with our community health providers and work alongside our Tokoroa Hospital emergency department, inpatient ward and outpatient department. We work as a multi-disciplinary team with our allied colleagues, palliative care, and mental health with the aim of providing seamless journey for those people who require our service/s. There are outpatient clinic of a wide range, nurse led clinics, District Nurse Service and Public Health Nurses.
