**The Ro**le**
The purpose and unique contribution of your role is to assist the Product Owner - Devices in understanding current and changing business and market needs to deliver the right end user computing products, with the right experience, to the right people, at the right time, in the right place and for the right price.
The focus of your role will be to drive delivery and improvement of services provided to approximately 17,000 staff across the IAG group in Australia, NZ and Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand business and user needs, to understand requirements
- Work with vendors and partners to understand their technology roadmaps
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Product Strategies, Plans and
- Ensure that our customers' needs are met efficiently and cost effectively via our internal processes and partner/vendor services and relationships
- Uplift support sustainably in a hybrid working paradigm
- Plan, co-ordinate and deliver to an evergreen device refresh model
- Provide insights and reporting on demand, supply, stock levels, pricing, SLA's to assist in decision making and assurance
- Analyse and report against the age, condition and suitability of the fleet and associated peripherals to input into appropriate and effective management strategies, plans and roadmaps to support our customers
- Profile Customer Requirements to inform personalities matching to product offerings
- Monitor performance using management information systems, business and vendor engagement and observations. Act to address performance gaps.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working
- Make recommendations and implement changes to streamline and improve quality of governance processes, reporting, and SLA development
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in delivering initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of IT technology particularly devices and peripherals
- Excellent documentation skills for technical documentation, knowledge articles and user training
- Experience in writing policy and procedure documentation
- Experience in the effective management and delivery of initiatives
- Coordination of multiple resources to achieve efficient outcomes
- A good understanding of financial management principles
- SLA management of external partners/parties
