**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of the **Clinical Product Coordinator** role is to optimise the utilization of clinical products throughout the Te Whatu Ora Districts and function as the interface between the suppliers, Health Technology Management and the Districts for the introduction and use of new clinical products and equipment. This role also requires the Clinical Product Coordinator to action, co-ordinate, and manage the process for faulty products and product alerts/recalls to minimize the risk associated with the use of products in the Districts.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to foster healthy working relationships, implement effective processes, and uphold procedural integrity day to day in the role. You will be able to maintain seamless communication between the supply chain and clinical end users to optimize supply continuity. Additionally, you will be able to establish frameworks for product evaluation and selection as well as nurturing positive customer and stakeholder engagements. **Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a relevant, recognised health care area - may include ‘medical technical' disciplines
- MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- General related degree/diploma
