**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **high-energy, creative, and results-focused Marketing Manager** who knows how to turn products into stories and campaigns into conversations. This role requires someone with deep expertise in **social media marketing, influencer and affiliate strategy, content creation**, and **budget management** — paired with a sharp eye for **product performance, category promotions, and trend forecasting**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media & Viral Content Leadership**
- Develop and execute an integrated **social media strategy** across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels).
- Conceptualize and direct engaging short-form content and product videos designed to **go viral** and create buzz around our key categories.
- Oversee content planning, production, and posting calendar to maintain consistent brand storytelling.
- Engage and grow our online community through creative campaigns, challenges, and collaborations.
**2. Influencer, Affiliate & UGC Strategy**
- Lead **influencer marketing campaigns** that align with brand goals, seasonal collections, and product launches.
- Build and manage an active **affiliate network** to boost reach and sales performance.
- Drive **UGC (User-Generated Content)** programs to enhance brand authenticity and customer trust.
- Implement incentive structures for influencers and content creators that reflect ROI performance.
**3. Product Promotions & Performance Analysis**
- Strategize, create, and execute **product-specific marketing campaigns** to boost seasonal and category performance (e.g., furniture sales, fitness gear promotions, home appliance rollouts).
- Use data-driven insights to analyze **product performance**, track campaign impact, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with merchandising and product teams to refine listings, imagery, and messaging based on consumer behavior and conversion data.
- Continuously review top-selling and slow-moving items to implement performance improvement plans.
**4. GEO & AI-Driven Marketing Innovation**
- Utilize **GEO-targeting and audience segmentation** to enhance campaign accuracy and local reach.
- Explore and implement **AI-powered tools** for creative generation, campaign automation, and predictive analytics.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in digital, influencer, and AI marketing — testing new techniques that drive measurable results.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in social media and digital marketing with proven viral or high-performance campaign results.
- Hands-on experience in **influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaign management**.
- Strong creative direction skills — from ideation to execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing **large marketing budgets.**:
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign analytics, attribution, and performance tools.
- Familiarity with **AI marketing platforms**, GEO tools, and social listening technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
**Portfolio Requirement**
Applicants must provide **examples or a portfolio** of previous campaigns demonstrating:
- Viral social media or product campaigns.
- Influencer or affiliate collaborations that drove engagement or sales.
- Measurable results tied to marketing budget optimization and product performance improvement.
