The Centre for Co-Created Ageing Research (CCREATE-AGE) is a recently established transdisciplinary University Research Centre, being 1 of 7 at the University of Auckland, and are a community focused centre whose mission it is to deliver creative and innovative solutions to realise opportunities, needs, and concerns identified by older people, to improve health, wellbeing and human flourishing. To walk alongside Māori and Pacific communities as equitable partners unlocking human potential by giving older people, researchers and other stakeholders the opportunity to co-create world-class ageing research.
**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

You will be part of creating an innovative and robust research training programme, accessible and with useful materials and resources all about co-creation principles and processes. The training programme, delivered via online modules and face-to-face workshops, will explain the key principles and features of co-creating research or initiatives and will develop ways to realise the principles and key features of co-creation. The training will develop a solid foundation in co-creation principles and practice with tailoring to different settings and co-creator communities.

The position will suit an individual who is energetic, confident, reliable, and self-motivated. You are an excellent communicator, stakeholder-focussed and interested in working with a diverse range of people.

This is a **Part-time** (18.75 hours per week),** fixed term** (9 months) role, the salary range for this role is $62,400-77,800 (full time equivalent) and depending on skills and experience.
