Tipsy Foodies, located in the charming town of Kaikoura, is seeking new team members to join our busy Restaurant. We are known for our delicious menu and exceptional customer service.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all of our guests.

We are urgently looking for a Full-time store Manager to join our great great team
We guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week
This is an opportunity for someone who has a good work ethic, stays calm under pressure, and is flexible on working days and hours.

The successful applicant must have:
*1 years hospitality experience
*LCQ Certificate or willing to get one
*Great customer service and presentation
*Good English is required as communicating with customers is essential.

Duties include:
Stock Purchasing for FOH
Ensuringthe pricing of products remains competitive while making necessary adjustments where costs of goods and labour have increased
*Performing stock takes weekly and daily financial reconciliations
*Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean
*Overseeing alcohol sales in line with legal requirements
*Handling customer complaints
*Hiring supervising and training staff
- *Taking reservations and customer orders
*Planning specials and seasonal menu items in consultation with kitchen staff
*Planning and organising private functions if required
*Responsible for taking customer orders and payments.

Application details

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
