**Tasks & duties**
- Train and supervise team member.
- Promoting team work and creating great work environment.
- Providing feedback to the Manager about the performance of the workers and developing new ideas, when necessary.
- Conduct meeting with all the workers to increase productivity, when necessary or as instructed by senior management.
- Understanding of labour cost and time management of work for maximum production.
- Maintaining timesheets for the staff rosters continues training staff on orchard pruning,

thinning, training vines, weeding, hoeing and cosmetic thinning processes to seasonal and market demands.
- Ensure procedures are in place for the checking for pests and diseases, and to ensure these by training staff for insect identification and in the use of safety measure.
- Maintaining records of staffs and equipment and work completed.
- Coordinate personnel activities such as coaching, performance management.
- Ensures business compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assists in allocating human resources as per workload.
- Assigns work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
- Assists management to identify any issues and facilitate resolution to the problem.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members.
- Acting as a liaison to senior management or director to keep them up to date on operations related matters.

Ensures work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION GAINED IN NZ.
