We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Chapter Lead to come on board and lead our HSW Business Partners who work across our Logistics network.

**Job Description**:
**The Role**

Reporting into the Chapter Area Lead - Health, Safety & Wellbeing and working closely with the wider HSW team, your day-to-day will see you managing a team of high performing HSW Business Partners across our Logistics and Distributions centres, coaching and mentoring them to drive our Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives.

Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience you will:

- Mentor and coach the HSW Business Partners and HSW Systems and Reporting Analyst
- Take an active role in leading projects and programmes of work
- Work with key functions such as Property, Facilities, Store Development to support safe design planning
- Support and work with the wider HSW team to deliver the annual HSW work activities, strategic and tactical plan

You’re a seasoned senior Health and Safety Professional who exudes passion in this field. Outcomes focussed, you’re driven and resilient. As a clear and engaging communicator, you’ll inspire and implement a future vision. Your commercial acumen, strategic thinking, ability to execute and an intimate knowledge of Health, Safety & Wellbeing will be key to your success and to supporting our continued improvement for HSW.

Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with the customer centric lense and approach you bring to work everyday. You are someone responsive, adaptable and with a continuous improvement approach towards what you do.

Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive high performance. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious.

- Proven experience in a relevant health and safety role
- Strong knowledge of work health and safety legislation in NZ
- Relevant experience in embedding and proactively delivering projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tasks, activities and projects in a commercially minded, fast paced and rapidly changing environment
