Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on daily performance and service levels.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Manage driver onboarding, training, auditing, and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee operational health and safety standards in line with legal requirements.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to business growth and service quality outcomes.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure smooth and effective business operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in an operational management role is desirable.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of operational metrics and performance management.
- Commitment to high standards of customer service.

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour depending on experience
