**The **Role**

The Replenishment Team (_also known as the ‘morning’ team_) plays a crucial part in the success of our business. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team re-stocking our shelves and merchandising our products across the store so that our customers always have access to our full range of products.

This is a busy role, where you will be constantly moving and lifting. You will also need to be confident with customer service as you will have some customer interactions during store hours.

The role is a permanent, full time position, working from 4:30am to 2:00pm (45 hours), Monday to Friday.

You will be an enthusiastic individual, with a genuine desire to learn and help grow the business.
- the ability to work in a team environment, as well as in an individual capacity.
- the ability to take the initiative, be mature and autonomous.
- reliability and a good level of physical fitness: lifting and merchandising of products is part of this role.
- a well-developed awareness of Health and Safety issues and the mindset to adhere to current best practice at all times.

For this role, a **_full, clean, manual Class 1 Driver Licence _**_is essential _**and a willingness to upskill to your forklift F endorsement/certification is an advantage.
