**He angitūtanga | The opportunity**
The Systems Engineers provide assistance to the IT Helpdesk for issues and escalations, provide expert support of Cloud IT systems including Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Intune, and lead implementations in line with the wider Digital and Innovations team objectives. The role will strive to improve service to MAS business users by resolving issues, proactively maintaining cloud systems, and improving cloud technology and processes.

**He kōrero mōu | Key attributes we are looking for**
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience working in a change-controlled environment
- Extensive experience with Intune
- Experience using Entra ID
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS solutions
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of DevOps
- Attainment of industry related qualifications or certifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience supporting Microsoft Cloud systems in an enterprise environment
