**About the Role**:This is an opportunity to join a global leader in sportswear and athletic innovation. Our client is searching for a passionate and dynamic Sports Sales Coordinator to be the face of their brand at their head office, bringing energy, exceptional communication, and strong customer service skills to the team.

**Key Responsibilities will include and not be limited to**:

- Manage the receipting and tracking of all samples into NZ
- Setting up showrooms with new samples and managing the booking of samples for showing with sales and brand
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and achievement of goals
- Manage our fast paced, busy reception area, deal with all enquiries and handling general administration
- Assist Accounts Payable with various in-house duties

**About the Person**
- Previous experience in sales support, administration/reception, invoicing or related roles is preferred
- Strong organizational & customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Passion for sports and an understanding of sports branding
- Great under pressure with an ability to meet deadlines
