**The Opportunity**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front End Senior Software Engineer to help design and develop the user-facing aspects of our award-winning security products and features. Reporting to the People Leader, you’ll be mentoring, sharing your technical expertise, and helping solve problems with our collaborative and agile development team. A key focus of this role will be leading engagement with the UX Team to help define the scope of work, through processes such as Design Sprints and techniques such as early prototypes and / or user story mapping. Additionally, you’ll be taking the lead in furnishing Front End Designs to help guide project scope and implementation strategies.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about knowledge-sharing and is keen to mentor a great team. You’ll have at least five years’ experience in commercial development and be comfortable working with multiple programming languages and platforms. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proficiency in cloud & web skills sets.
- Proficiency with ReactJS and Redux.
- HTML, CSS and a modern front-end JavaScript framework such as React or Angular
- Experience with security aspects of UI development, including OWASP, CORS policy, etc.
- Experience in version control tools and process.
- Experience using debugging tools relevant to the product. The experience and ability to track down problems in products using these tools.
- Experience designing and documenting features or modules that are a part of a product or project.
